Photographer with Nikon D810 Caught Snapping Photos with iPhone 6

741

New Camera News has received a number of unconfirmed reports from Times Square in New York City of a man with a Nikon D810 camera around his neck taking photos with his iPhone 6.

Some eyewitnesses claim that the D810 looks “brand new, or pretty darn close to brand new”. Another eyewitness took a photo of the alleged suspect using his Olympus OM-D E-M1 mirrorless camera and 40-150mm F2.8 zoom and even though he was far away claims that a 100% crop shows the D810 in Green Mode. A third witness claims that the lens cap of the 24-70mm F2.8 zoom was still on while the so-called camera owner was using the iPhone to capture a panoramic photo as well as photos of unlicensed cartoon characters, who then proceeded to shake the alleged photographer down for $10 for taking their picture. Hello Kitty was overheard saying, “Hell, if you can afford that damn full frame Nikon on your shoulder you sure as hell can pay me $10 for that photo you just took!”

When not taking photos, the alleged photographer could be seen staring at his iPhone, supposedly to upload his crappy photos to Facebook.

  1. Ok, so it was me, the camera was a mock up made of toilet paper anyway. Girls go for big thing you know…

  2. I uploaded a photo from my D800 to Facebook once and it was a total disaster. My friends were confused as it wasn’t a selfie and some claimed it was not realistic, because it was too sharp.

The castigation was too much, I will never again use a D800 for Facebook purposes. For social media it’s the iPhone 5S from now on.
